First elected to the States on 13th December 1990 as Deputy of St Helier No.3. Re-elected as Deputy of St Helier No.3 in 1993. Elected as Senator in 1996 and re-elected on 12th December 2002. Retired from the States on 8th December 2008 but remained as Chief Minister until the new Council of Ministers was appointed on 12th December
STATEMENT OF INTERESTS

that person forms a significant portion of your total income, or a significant portion of
your total income from that particular work.

Give the name and address of any company in which you, or your spouse or cohabitee,
or both of you, whether jointly or separately, own shares exceeding –
(a) 1% or more of the issued share capital of the company; or

States.

your membership of the States.

You must describe the land in sufficient detail to enable it to be identified.
