Assistant Ministers announced

​The Chief Minister, Senator John Le Fondré, has announced the names of the States Members who will serve as Assistant Ministers.

Three States members have been appointed as Assistant Ministers to the Chief Minister: Connétable Chris Taylor, Connétable Richard Buchanan and Deputy Carolyn Labey.

The Minister Economic Development Tourism, Sport and Culture is Senator Lyndon Farnham, who will be supported by Senator Steve Pallett and Deputy Montfort Tadier as Assistant Ministers.

The former Chief Minister, Senator Ian Gorst, is Minister for External Relations and will be working with Connétable Richard Buchanan who will have responsibility for financial services as Assistant Minister for External Relations.

The Minister for Education is Senator Tracey Vallois, who will be supported by Deputy Jeremy Maçon, Senator Sam Mézec and Deputy Montfort Tadier as Assistant Ministers.

The Minister for Environment, Deputy John Young, has Deputy Gregory Guida as his Assistant Minister.

In Health and Social Services, Minister Deputy Richard Renouf, will be supported by Deputy Hugh Raymond, Deputy Jeremy Maçon and Senator Steve Pallett as Assistant Ministers.

The Minister for Home Affairs, Connétable Len Norman, has Deputy Gregory Guida as his Assistant Minister.

The Minister for Infrastructure, Deputy Kevin Lewis, will be supported by Deputy Hugh Raymond as his Assistant Minister.

Deputy Judy Martin, as Minister for Social Security, has Deputy Geoff Southern and Deputy Jeremy Maçon as Assistant Ministers.

Deputy Susie Pinel, Minister for Treasury and Resources, will be supported by Deputy Lindsay Ash as Assistant Minister.

The Minister for Housing, Senator Sam Mézec, does not have an allocated Assistant Minister.
