Draft COVID-19 regulations: gatherings of over 10 people

The Minister for Health and Social Services, Deputy Richard Renouf, proposed draft regulations for gatherings of over 10 people. 

The States Assembly voted to APPROVE the Proposition, which will enable the Minister for Health and Social Services to place limits on certain gatherings.

Draft COVID-19 regulations: wearing face masks and workplace restrictions

The Minister for Health and Social Services, Deputy Richard Renouf, proposed draft regulations for the wearing of face masks in workplaces. 

The States Assembly voted to APPROVE the Proposition, enabling the Minister to put in place new orders relating to the wearing of face masks.

Draft COVID-19 regulations: care home and home care services 

The Minister for the Environment, Deputy John Young, proposed draft regulations for care home and home care services. 

The States Assembly voted to APPROVE the Proposition. This will allow the Minister for Health and Social Security to put in place new orders which will enable care providers to operate with reduced staff during COVID-19.
