The policing of beaches and parks.

To review the policing of beaches and parks, to include consideration of the following:

1. Promotion of public awareness with regard to littering and drinking in public spaces.
2. Enforcement and policing of anti-social and littering laws and regulations.
3. The consumption of alcohol in public spaces.
4. To examine any further issues relating to the topic that may arise in the course of the Scrutiny Review and which the Panel considers relevant.
