Election Observers Sub-CommitteeThis Sub-Committee has now concluded its work in implementing the 18 recommendations made within the Election Observer Mission Report.Recent activityThe Privileges and Procedures Committee, through the work of the Sub-Committee, lodged the first tranche of legislative changes through P.17/2021 'Draft Constitution of the States and Public Elections Law 202-'. P.17/2021 was approved by the Assembly in April 2021. The Committee lodged the second tranche of changes through P.56/2021 'Draft Elections (Miscellaneous Amendments) Law 201-' and a number of changes to Standing Orders which were approved by the Assembly in July 2021.
