- To undertake a brief examination of the draft Regulations to ensure that consideration has been given to concerns expressed by States Members, including those relating to:
- social issues;
- the (potential) contribution of e-gaming to Jersey’s economy; sanctions;
- public consultation.
- To examine any other matter that arises from the Panel’s examination of the draft Regulations.
