Public Sector Reform

Scrutiny review - Public Accounts Committee

Launch date: 20/05/2015

Review status: Report published

What is the review about?

£6 million was spent on the public sector reform programme between 2012 and January 2015. The Committee's initial research has indicated that all stakeholders would benefit from clarification as to precisely when the reform programme started, what it set out to achieve, what has been delivered with £6 million and what lessons, if any, need to be learned as the next phase of reform gets underway.  PAC intends to publish a report before the States debate the next Medium Term Financial Plan.
