What is the review about?
The Panel is undertaking a review of the MTFP Addition in respect of the Departments that fall within its remit. The MTFP Addition will detail all departmental expenditure for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Terms of reference
For each Departement within its remit, the Panel will examine:
1. The efficacy/appropriateness of proposed savings to be delivered during the period 2017-2019
2. Any material changes or risks to service delivery
3. How proposed spending will be funded
4. Relevant impact assessments undertaken by Departments to substantiate proposed savings/funding
