MTFP Addition - Health and Social Security Panel

The Panel is undertaking a review of the MTFP Addition in respect of the Departments that fall within its remit. The MTFP Addition will detail all departmental expenditure for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.​

For each Department within its remit, the Panel will examine:

1. The efficacy/appropriateness of proposed savings to be delivered during the period 2017-2019
2. Any material changes or risks to service delivery
3. How proposed spending will be funded
4. Relevant impact assessments undertaken by Departments to substantiate proposed savings/funding
5. The macro position to see if the fundamental assumptions regarding the whole model have changed since originally lodged in the MTFP 2016 – 2019
6. Line by line analysis of expenditure for 2017 – 2019 and note any fundamental changes and components
