What is the review about?
The proposal to remove States Directors from the Waterfront Enterprise Board.
Terms of reference
- To review the current situation with regard to membership of the Board of Directors of the Waterfront Enterprise Board.
- To consider the implications of a States decision to approve Waterfront Enterprise Board: revised Memorandum and Articles of Association (P.12/2009) with particular regard to the following:
- The proposal that States Directors be removed from the Board of Directors; and
- The proposal that the Minister for Treasury and Resources be politically accountable for the Waterfront Enterprise Board.
- To identify and assess whether any alternatives to the removal of States Directors were considered by the Comptroller and Auditor General and Council of Ministers.
- To examine any further issues relating to the topic that may arise in the course of the Scrutiny Review and which the Panel considers relevant.
