Virtual Tour of the States Chamber

The States Assembly meet in a beautiful chamber that has changed very little since it was first opened on 21 June 1887.

Until the late 19th century the States Assembly had no Chamber of its own so it met in the Royal Court, which has been housed on the site of the present building in the Royal Square since the 12th century.

The public gallery is open for members of the public to visit during States Meetings but we hope your enjoy this virtual tour of the States Chamber:
